Plans, Specs & Addenda are provided as a courtesy only.  We make every effort to keep our data current.  We do not warranty the accuracy of what is posted.  It is the Vendors / Subcontractors responsibility to review all plans/specs/addenda with the issuing agency. All Vendors / Subcontractors will be required to review the full set of project documents to include a complete quote / bid. 

Sub bids in excess of $100,000.00 may be require to provide a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount or subcontract amount, from a California Admitted Surety acceptable to Precision Electric Company and not less than AM Best A- rating. Precision Electric Company may pay bond premiums up to 1.25% of Bid Amount.

RFI's can be sent directly to the estimating department at estimating@pecsd.com.

The Vendors / Subcontractors represents that its quote / bid will remain open for acceptance by PEC for the same period specified in the project specification.

The warranty period is for minimum 1 Year or longer if the General / Special condition requires.

By submitting its bid, the Subcontractor represents that their bid is fully responsive to the Owner’s Instruction to Bidders, General and Special Conditions, and any other requirements of the Owner unless the requirement is specific to a portion of the work not being bid by the Subcontractor., the Owner’s payment terms to PEC are applicable to the payments to Subcontractor, and Subcontractor will provide Precision Electric Company with the same indemnity and insurance requirements Precision Electric Company is required to provide to the Owner. All subcontractors are required to provide a Waiver of Subrogation. Execution of Precision Electric Company’s standard subcontract is required of all successful subcontract bidders. Subcontract or bid conditions or terms that are inconsistent with the Precision Electric Company standard subcontract shall be void. Precision Electric Company’s standard subcontract is available for review on its website and at its Corporate Office during regular business hours. By submitting a bid, the Subcontractor represents that it has reviewed the standard subcontract and consents to its use without modification and agrees to execute Precision Electric Company’s standard subcontract if awarded by Precision Electric Company . Any listing of Subcontractor pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 4100 et seq. is expressly contingent upon Subcontractors’ acceptance to Precision Electric Company’s standard subcontract terms and conditions.
